I am So Sick of Bux.to

Sunday, August 17th, 2008

If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!

I logged into Bux.to today just to see what was going on and people are still being paid, but it is taking at least 6 months from when money was requested. I requested my money was on April 11th, so I still have a very long wait and that is if they even exist in October/November.

I am waiting for about $670 and I am not allowed to request another payment until I have received that one. I have over $10000 in my Bux.to account that I have not been able to request yet. That sounds an impressive amount, but the thing is it’s not real money until you have it in your bank account. At the moment it is just a figure on a website.

In the Terms of Service it states that standard members should be paid in 60 business days and premium members in 30 business days. Premium members are taking about 6 months now, so I feel very sorry for anyone who is a standard member.

I know I should just give up on this now, but whilst the website is still up I still have a small amount of hope.

Bux.to is Sinking

Saturday, July 12th, 2008

I have come to terms with the fact that I will not see any money back from the PPC scam Bux.to, but I am surprised that the website is still up and some people are still clicking ads. I know some people have been paid (although it is taking over 6 months), but these people are thinking of reinvesting their money. If any of you are reading this, please do not reinvest. Just be pleased you got something out of Bux.to and move on.

People are beginning to realise that Bux.to is a glorified Ponzi scheme and do not want anything to do with it. The money they made from sellingh ads would not cover the money they promise to pay out. They pay members with money others have used to upgrade and buy referrals. Therefore the scheme cannot work if no new members are coming in. This makes it a Ponzi scheme.

Reading the forums many people are beginning to realise they have lost their money. Others are clinging to the false hope that Bux.to provide with their lies. Bux.to say there is an audit problem. They also said this 6 months ago, so I doubt this is the case.

Bux.to are scammers. The only good thing to come out of this for me, is that I think it has finally made me sit up and admit, that I am truly Miss Gullible and that I have to get over it. There is no such thing as a “get rich quick scheme” and it is very hard to make money online. If you do make money online, you have to do it yourself by working hard, not by getting involved in PPC scams.

Bux.to - How long have they got?

Saturday, June 28th, 2008

Surely Bux.to can’t last much longer? To be honest I am surprised that they have lasted this long. I checked the forum today and people are being paid who requested on the 29/2/08. They are paying so slowly, that it seems they are grinding to a halt. I doubt they will continue much longer.

I find it unbelieveable now that I was stupid enough to fall for their lies. I have a lot of money invested in Bux.to and it looks like I will lose it all. I should point out that this was borrowed money. I got a loan, as I had read such good things in the forum. I could kick myself now. Obviously if you are thinking of joining at this point, don’t do it. You will only lose money.

Bux.to - Losing Hope

Wednesday, June 25th, 2008

The more time that passes, the more I feel that Bux.to is a complete scam and that I will never get paid. I can’t believe I was such an idiot to “invest” so much money into it. I guess I fell for all the testimonials in the forum. I know I could still be paid, as they are taking a lot of time to pay people, but I just don’t feel it is going to happen. The worst thing is that I got a loan to pay for it and I didn’t tell my husband. I was so sure at the time, that it was all going to work out.
Well, if I do get paid anything, it will be going to pay off that debt and will not be invested into another stupid scheme.

Bux.to - The juries out on this one

Monday, June 16th, 2008

Oh help! Have I wasted $3000 on a scam? At this stage I just don’t know, but I am feeling pretty scared. Bux.to is a pay per click program. Advertisers pay for you to click on their links and check out their site for 30 seconds. You get paid 0.0125cents per click and 0.0125 cents per referral click. I had checked out the forum and saw that people were being paid. It looked good. I got a loan and bought 2500 referrals and upgraded to premium membership, so that I get paid quicker (within 30 business days from requesting money).

Well, I clicked my ads and my referrals clicked theirs and now I have $7219 in my account, but that means nothing until it is in my bank account.

On April 18th I withdrew $667.75 to my Bux.to debit card. This was the amount I had at the time, as I only had 500 referrals. It is now the 16th June and I have not been paid a cent. Premium members are meant to be paid in 30 business days. It has been 41 business days now. I have not included weekends.

So will I ever get paid? You cannot even make more than 1 payment request at a time, so I cannot even ask for the extra $6000.

I have checked the forums and many people are being paid very late, so there is still a chance, but I am very worried. Is Bux.to going down the drain? I am certainly not going to waste any more time clicking ads and making them money, until I am paid. Please don’t join now, I don’t think this will last much longer.
